still they carry different health risks due to the distinct biological and psychological differences between men and women women go through various physiological stages in life that affect their health be the marriage pregnancy or the monthly menstrual cycle although they do affect all women's health a busy woman has to sail through them all and this requires them to be fit now that we have established the importance of fitness in busy women's lives let us introduce you to some useful tips that you can pocket following these steps will help you become fit not just physically but mentally as well fitness tip number one create an exercise routine you should make it a point to reserve some time for yourself to work out it is true that you are busy i have hundreds of things to do in a day but you need to set aside at least an hour for your exercise routine you can even keep this routine flexible according to your work schedule that is suppose you decide to exercise in the morning hours and someday if this is not possible make it a point to incorporate your workout in the evening the important part is to not skip your workout fitness tip number two eat mindfully sitting at the desk in the office you may munch on snacks these snacks when combined with your sedentary lifestyle increase your calorie intake and lead to obesity if you crave something while working at your desk choose to have a fruit over chips choose food items that will satiate you keeping your tummy full store your house with healthy food so that you are not tempted to eat junk minimize the intake of calorie off as normal nowadays various apps are available that track your water intake and remind you to take your water breaks you may also invest in a fancy water flask which may motivate you to drink water chores but once they go to their workplace they get glued to the chair you need to break this habit take a short walk or stroll around your workplace from time to time this will keep you active in your otherwise sedentary life another thing you can practice is to take a short walk during your lunch break engage in light exercises like stretching your back shoulders arm rotations while working use the stress instead of the elevator these things may seem small but they are equally effective in keeping you on your toes and off your chair fitness tip number five set fitness goals it is human behavior that we do not do things unless and until we are not given a timeline busy women need to set fitness goals for themselves and work towards achieving them these goals can be as small as not get stuck in the rut do things that you may not normally do these challenges will help you feel a sense of achievement and you will be able to further build upon them once in a while try running
